Judo teacher
Miguel Galindo
He started judo at the age of four and began teaching children at 22, later extending his teaching to teenagers and adults.
A marine biologist, he sees judo as a way of life and a tool for passing on values, body awareness, technique and problem-solving. His classes combine discipline, activity and fun.
