Led by Michelle Feilen Shihan, the association offers a welcoming environment in which to explore Aikido from a solid technical foundation and with an attitude open to learning.
Practice brings together body, attention and our relationship with others. The aim is not only to learn techniques but to develop presence, respect and the ability to cooperate.
