The practice

Learning with continuity

Shitō-ryū is a traditional style created by Kenwa Mabuni. Its practice brings together striking, controls, throws, joint locks and pins.

Teaching is adapted to each student’s age and abilities, with a progression that combines mindful repetition, body awareness and technical application.
